Revenue Management Specialist
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Propose the direction and development of Pricing and Promotion capabilities toward Revenue Growth
- Analyze business variables to make Pricing, and Promotion decisions
- Identify opportunities, propose the necessary changes to exploit them, and empower decision-makers
- Develop analytical tools for strategy implementation, new insights and trends
- Formulate hypotheses about changes that we can then test in the stores
- Connect the Pricing, and Promotion capabilities to other processes
- Design, maintain, improve, and implement current processes
- Propose and execute the integration of special software for optimization
- Manage alignment and development guidelines
Key skills / requirements
- University degree with a major in economics or process engineering is a plus
- Proficiency in process improvement, either in consulting or as part of an organization
- Competence in retail processes, including Pricing, or Promotion management, and optimization through data-driven solutions
- Project management proficiency, including projects with technological, change management, and operational implications/elements
- Leadership skills, having directly led a team of people within an area of responsibility or a project, including performance review and feedback.
- English and German language at professional working proficiency and basic knowledge of Spanish language is advised
